Our unfilled yoga sandbags bring another dimension to your yoga props kit, they help deepen stretches and improve muscle strength. These bags have two organic cotton layers, the outer one is zippered, removable and machine-washable. The inner liner which is also zippered holds the filler which you supply – sand or beans to give you enough weight for your practice.
